Ingredients

  • 1 - ripe mango peeled pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 - inch ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 - drops tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

How To Make mango ketchup

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in a pot and simmer until thickened.
  • Step 2
    Place the mixture plus the ketchup in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate. it will keep for 2 weeks, refrigerated.
