white wine vinegar
drops tabasco sauce

How to Make Mango Ketchup


  • 1Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in a pot and simmer until thickened.
  • 2Place the mixture plus the ketchup in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate. it will keep for 2 weeks, refrigerated.
