Ingredients
- 1 - ripe mango peeled pitted and roughly chopped
- 1 - inch ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 - drops tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
How To Make mango ketchup

Step 1Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in a pot and simmer until thickened.

Step 2Place the mixture plus the ketchup in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate. it will keep for 2 weeks, refrigerated.
