Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette with Sesame

This vinaigrette is smooth, velvety with a slight zip to it! It is a delightful addition to a mixed salad!

  • 1/2 c
    orange curd
  • 1/4 c
    grapeseed oil or any other flavorless oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground himalayan sea salt

How to Make Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette with Sesame


  1. In a medium bowl, add orange curd. Slowly incorporate both oils, as well as the vinegar, whisking constantly so the mixture doesn't separate.
  2. Whisking constantly, add honey, mustard, white pepper and sea salt. Serve immediately or if not, cover and transfer to the refrigerator until needed.
