This is our personal family BBQ sauce and it is delicious. We store it in 2 1/2 Gallon fruit juice jars, but it doesn't last too long. It is easy to make and you will never want to buy sauce again. I promise!!

Ingredients

7 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 gallon ketchup
2 bottles liquid smoke
7 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons garlic, minced

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 1 hour.
