- 1 tablespoon conrstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make lisa's cheese sauce

Step 1Put the milk in a saucepan over medium high heat. Combine the cornstarch and water, blending until smooth. When the milk gets hot, stir in the cornstarch mixture. Turn the heat to low and add the butter, both cheeses, and the salt. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.
