lightly bbq'd sauce

I don't like heavy BBQ on my meat and made this mixture to use in the crockpot on ribs and for pulled beef or pork. I only use this when cooking meat, not as a stand alone BBQ Sauce. I use different types of smoke flavoring depending on my mood. Chipotle is good if you want to add a little spice, when using it I add some red peppers to my mix for an extra kick. But, Mesquite and Hickory are just as good!
