- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- - zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
How To Make lemon mustard sauce

Step 1In saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually blend in water and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add lemon zest and juice. Remove from heat; blend in mayonnaise.
