I I haven't been able to come up with a single protein or veggie that this isn't amazing on. It just enhances everything.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) softened butter (no subs here, it just wouldn't be the same)
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (grate it as finely as possible)
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (only if using unsalted butter)
How To Make lemon-garlic butter

Step 1Combine the butter, lemon zest, garlic, and salt and beat until butter is fluffy. A hand mixer works well.

Step 2Using a piece of parchment or plastic wrap, form the butter into a log and refrigerate until firm.

Step 3Slice and melt the butter over pasta, chicken, seafood, grilled meats and/or veggie dishes.
