Our Grandkids love this filling as a filling for a 2 layer white cake with a fluffy white frosting OR double recipe and use it to "frost" a 9"x13" cake..Refrigerate cakes. This is an old recipe from my Mother.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- MIX IN SAUCEPAN & ADD
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 - slightly beaten eggs
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make lemon filling

Step 1Cook over medium heat until thick,stirring constantly. Add 1 Tablespoon margarine. cool.
