ketchup

"It's the only ketchup recipe that I've ever had that stood up even close to as good as popular brands! It's different, but it's REALLY good! It's important to reduce this for a long time, like 4 hours or so. It will thicken just a bit as it cools." This is a quote from the person who posted this. I am so sorry but I get these recipes and have not written down the source. I feel very badly because I can't give them the credit they so deserve. This certainly is not my recipe but...I have made this once and it was really as good as he or she says above.
