Ingredients
- 1 cup ketsup
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke, hickory flavor
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How To Make kelly's kickin' bbq sauce

Step 1In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for a minimum of 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken during both cooking and cooling.

Step 2This recipe can be doubled or tripled. The sauce freezes well (up to 2 months), best if thawed in the refrigerator.
