This is the very best and easiest tartar sauce ever. This recipe was given to me by a local bar owner who serves it with her Beer Battered Cod and Broiled Haddock. Absolutely perfect. Ingredients For insanely good tartar sauce- a family favorite

  • 1/2 cup mayo of choice
  • 1 1/2 tb finely minced onion
  • 2 tb chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated carrot
  • 1 1/2 tsp white sugar

    Prepare onion, sweet pickles and carrot.

    Simply combine all ingredients, whisking well and chill.
