Hot Mustard Sauce From the "21" Club

I've had this recipe for eons. It was in my old recipe files. Enjoy.

1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
1/2 tablespoon chopped chives


1in medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into pan and heat just to the boiling point. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes. Serve hot with steaks, roasts beef, or roast pork. Makes 1 1/4 cups
