Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans (15 ounce) tomato sauce
- 8 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
How To Make hot dog sauce

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom saucepan and stir until smooth. Bring to a simmer for at least 30 minutes stirring frequently to keep smooth.

Step 2Serve over hot dog on a roll. Add chopped onion and a strip of mustard if desired.
