I cater & needed a horseradish sauce for meat, so, I concocted this one up. I just love it. This makes a large container, so you may want to break it down.

Ingredients

3/4 pound prepared , extra hot horseradish
3 3/4 pounds daisy sour cream
2-3 teaspoons salt
2 (1 oz.) packages hidden valley dry ranch salad dressing mix

How To Make horseradish sauce for meat

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with a wooden spoon.

Step 2

Place in fridge overnight to let the ingredients marry together good.
Step 3

Use on prime rib, pork loins, etc.
