Ingredients
- 1 cup ground horseradish
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make horseradish relish

Step 1Wash horseradish roots thoroughly and remove the brown outer skin. The roots may be cut inyo small cubes and put through a food grinder or blender. Combine ingredients and put into clean jars. Seal tightly. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
