- - 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- - 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- - kosher salt & tabasco sauce, to taste
- - 2 tbsp minced fresh chives
How To Make horseradish dijon cream

Step 1Whisk cream in large bowl to soft peaks, roughly doubled in volume .Add horseradish and Dijon; season with salt and Tabasco, then continue whisking to medium peaks, roughly tripled in volume. Top cream with chives and serve with prime rib. Makes 3 cups.
