Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp dijon mustard
kosher salt & tabasco sauce, to taste
2 tbsp minced fresh chives

How to Make Horseradish Dijon Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk cream in large bowl to soft peaks, roughly doubled in volume .Add horseradish and Dijon; season with salt and Tabasco, then continue whisking to medium peaks, roughly tripled in volume. Top cream with chives and serve with prime rib.

    Makes 3 cups.
