I love this at our traditional St Patty's Day meal. It is spicy and cuts the saltiness of the meal. I also love it on the boiled potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup creole or strong (spicy) mustard (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup horseradish, drained thoroughly

How To Make horseradish cream sauce for corned beef

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together with a wire whisk. Chill at least one hour before serving.
