How to Make Homemade Very Vanilla Bean Sugar
- 1Place the sugar and vanilla bean pieces into a food processor (you can also use an immersion blender with a food processor attachment). Pulse the processor on and off several times, until there are no longer visible pieces of vanilla pod, and sugar is finely textured, with vanilla beans throughout.
- 2Place the sugar in an airtight container and store in a dry place. Let stand for at least 1 week.
