Homemade Steak Sauce
Great for Steaks, Burgers, Hot Dogs and Corn Dogs, and I like to dunk my fries into it. It puts a little "dew" on the top of my very, very sparsely populated head.
I have approximated A-1 Steak Sauce as well, and will have to note my ingredients, and post in the future.
If you have other uses for Steak Sauces, give this one a try and let me know what you think. A special treat for dipping Corn Dogs. It pairs miraculously with the sweet breading. The kids will thank you.
1/4 cketchup (heinz)
2 tspyellow mustard (french's)
4 tspworsestershire sauce (lea and perrins)
2 tspvinegar (cider or heinz malt vinegar)
1/4 tsptabasco sauce (mc ilhenny co)
How to Make Homemade Steak Sauce
- Mix all ingredients well -- Serve -- Enjoy. As stated, I like to dunk my fries in this as well.
- Note: 1/4 cup equals 4 tablespoons. A tablespoon equals three teaspoons, not two as some may think. I'll post my A-1 Steak Sauce wanna-be in the near future. This is another example of the importance of "Brand Name" consistency and proper meassurement. Very important if you wish to duplicate or replicate or clone, tomorrow. I know this one will be spot on.
- Also great on a breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, with a slice of raw Onion.
