Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 packages goya sazon con culantro y achiote
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons achiote or achiotina
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 tablespoon spanish olive, chopped
- 6 - cilatro leaves (no stems)
