homemade garlic compound butter

i have not made this butter i was told it was good if any one tries this and the fish please let me know how and what you think about

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 3 large cloves garlic, finely diced or pureed
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • - salt and pepper, to taste (i recommend between 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt)

How To Make homemade garlic compound butter

  • Step 1
    Place butter, garlic and parsley in a large bowl. Mix together at medium speed with electric beaters until thoroughly combined (around 2 minutes).
  • Step 2
    Mix in salt to taste, shape butter is desired ( you can press it into molds or ramekins or shape into a log) and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to let flavors develope.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate and use within around 1 week or freeze up to 3 weeks.
