Ingredients For homemade dijonnaise
2 Tbspdijon mustard, or to taste
1/2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
1 smpinch finely ground himalayan sea salt
1 smpinch white pepper
How To Make homemade dijonnaise
1In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Add a tiny pinch sea salt and pepper; stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
2Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes ½ cup
