Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, or to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small pinch finely ground himalayan sea salt
  • 1 small pinch white pepper

How To Make homemade dijonnaise

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Add a tiny pinch sea salt and pepper; stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes ½ cup
