- 1/4 cup red chili pepper, ground or cayenne
- 1/4 cup paprika, sweet mild
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 4 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons mexican oregano
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
How To Make homemade chili powder

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Store in a glass container.

Step 2Add 3 tablespoons to each pound of meat when making chili.

Step 3Replace commercial chili powder in favorite recipes.
