- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make homemade buttermilk syrup

Step 1Mix all ingredients (except baking soda and vanilla) in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Let boil for 2 minutes.

Step 2Bring heat down and simmer for 1 minute to thicken.
