I never buy brown sugar anymore, I just make my own or add white sugar to recipe and add a little Molasses.

Ingredients

Step 1

Mix well with mixer until well incorporated. You can add more molasses if desired or less. Place in air tight jar and will last for months

Step 2

Some times in recipes I just add sugar and molasses without mixing first.
