This was a middle of the night thought because I didn’t want to go to the store for barbecue sauce. Had extra bottles of ketchup so I thought I would try my hand at making my own barbecue sauce. It turned out so great and everyone loved it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 bottle
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    country bobs steak sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    tastefully simple fiesta party dip mix
  • 1 jar(s)
    grape jelly

How to Make Homemade Barbecue Sauce


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over meatballs and little smokies. Can also be used on pork roast, ribs, and chicken
  2. You can sub Garlic powder but I will say Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic is really good.
