- Cut cream cheese into squares and let set to room temperature.In a medium sauce pan add cream of chicken , cream cheese and butter. Stir until creamy. Add milk and reduce heat to low , let your sauce reduce. You may add spices like a pinch of garlic , fresh pepper ,pinch salt , crushed onion.Cook until it is creamy and incorporated well. Serve with your favorite pasta and chicken or fish.
