This sauce accents any and all condiments, great on burgers, pork ribs,
chicken. Easily becomes a
go to. I like to make it a couple
days before I plan to use it so the
flavor can come together

  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    ancho chili powder

How to Make G's Grilling Sauce


  1. combine ingredients in a small saucepan and just
    bring to a boil, turning down to medium heat and reduce by 1/3
  2. Makes enough for a couple racks of ribs,
    a couple chickens, or a plate of burgers.
    And will keep for a couple weeks in a sealed
    container in the fridge.
