1 Tbsphoney

1 slicefresh gingerroot about 1 inch long

1 stickcinnamon broken

1/2 tsppeppercorns

1/2 tspground nutmeg

8whole cloves
-
1/2 tspallspice berries
How to Make Gingerbread syrup version 1
- Combine all in a medium sauce pan.
- Bring to a Boil.
- Reduce heat, let simmet 30mins
- Cool, store in airtight container in the refrigrater for up to 2 weeks.
