i love this in coffee in the morning especially in the Fall. works good for Tea as well

Ingredients

1 c
water
1 Tbsp
honey
1 slice
fresh gingerroot about 1 inch long
1 stick
cinnamon broken
1/2 tsp
peppercorns
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
8
whole cloves
1/2 tsp
allspice berries

Step-By-Step

1Combine all in a medium sauce pan.
2Bring to a Boil.
3Reduce heat, let simmet 30mins
4Cool, store in airtight container in the refrigrater for up to 2 weeks.
