Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 cups olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make garlic infused olive oil

Step 1Peel and mash 6 garlic cloves.

Step 2Add 2 cups of olive oil and the garlic cloves to a pot or pan. Heat very low and slow until warm.

Step 3Remove from heat, let sit 2 hours.

Step 4Then remove garlic cloves with tongs or drain through a sieve or cheesecloth into a bottle.

Step 5Store refrigerated for 1 week. Or, transfer to ice cube trays and store for 3 months in the freezer.
