Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 cups olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make garlic infused olive oil

  • Step 1
    Peel and mash 6 garlic cloves.
  • Step 2
    Add 2 cups of olive oil and the garlic cloves to a pot or pan. Heat very low and slow until warm.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat, let sit 2 hours.
  • Step 4
    Then remove garlic cloves with tongs or drain through a sieve or cheesecloth into a bottle.
  • Step 5
    Store refrigerated for 1 week. Or, transfer to ice cube trays and store for 3 months in the freezer.
