Who needs to make a poke cake when you can put the yummy frosting on the top and make it even faster? Grandma W made this with vanilla pudding, but you could use just about any flavor you want. And while she said stir in the cool whip, fold it in instead to keep it nice and fluffy.

Step 1Pour milk into bowl. Add pudding and sugar. Beat 1-2 min or until well blended. Stir in cool whip. Cover cake immediately, store cake in fridge.
