Don't throw away your empty wine bottles, use them to make flavored oils, i love making these, they add so much more flavor to your food and they are a lot cheaper than buying them at the store, you can use whatever type of oil you want. I use pure canola for mine

empty wine bottles or similar type
oil of your choice
fresh herbs of choice
How To Make kat's flavored oils
1Simply put your herbs in your bottles, use a funnel and fill with oil, place cork back in or cap back on, let sit for at least a week before using.
2Ideas for flavors: Rosemary, garlic cloves, peppers, bay leaves, thyme, dill, mint, , just whatever you want, combined some such as garlic and rosemary or bay leaves and mint, just be creative and enjoy
