When the Bush's were in office, they had a home in Kennebunkport Maine, which was near where my cousins lived. I was lucky enough to get a small pamphlet type cookbook from her with this recipe in it. Extremely yummy.

In a pott, combine first 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil, cook over low heat until onions are tender, about 20 minutes.
