family favorite bbq sauce for ribs and brisket
I have made this bbq sauce for years to go on smoked beef brisket. It results in a thinner sauce and is excellent for dipping ribs and/or pouring over beef brisket. It's tangy and spicy all at the same time. Delish.

- 1 bottle chili sauce (heinz brand or other - not asian)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- - dash cayenne (or to your liking)
- 1 1/2 cups water
