Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce (optional or to taste)

How To Make easy sweet and sour sauce

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SAUCE PAN AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, BEING CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. TO THICKEN ADD A BIT OF WONDRA. I PREFER WONDRA BECAUSE IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE LOOK NOR TASTE OF THE SAUCE.

Step 2

SERVE WITH EGG ROLLS, OR ANYTHING YOU WISH.
