I love Tarter Sauce on seafood but I hate it if it is store bought! I want my Tarter Sauce to taste like what I get in a restaurant so I have to make my own. This recipe tastes just like the Tarter Sauce at my favorite seafood restaurant. Enjoy!

dill pickles, chopped fine
red onion, chopped fine
1 - 2 Tbsp
How To Make
Finely chop equal amounts of Dill Pickle & Red Onion for the amount of people you will be serving or just to keep for future use. Mash 1 - 2 Tbls. of Capers with a fork.
Place all ingredients in bowl.
Add enough Mayonnaise to cover all ingredients to where sauce will be moist.
Blend all ingredients then place in container and put in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour so flavors can marry.
