How To Make easy cheese sauce for vegetables, or nacho's
-
Step 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in flour till smooth with a whisk. Gradually add milk. Return to low heat, stir constantly till beginning to boil
-
Step 2Add cubed cheese, and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and paprika.
-
Step 3Pour over vegetables as they are being plated. I do this, because when I have put it on drained vegetables, the water remaining in the vegetables waters the sauce down..
