Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- - pineapple chunks
- - relish or sweet pickles
- - shredded carrots
- - red & green bell peppers
How To Make duck sauce

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients together.

Step 2Add pineapple chunks, relish or cut sweet pickles, shredded carrots & chopped red & green bell peppers. Use your own judgement on the amounts.

Step 3Cook on low until carrots are fork tender.

Step 4NOTE: I sometimes add a little cornstarch to thicken it a little but this is optional.
