  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    sweet pickle juice
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • ·
    pineapple chunks
  • ·
    relish or sweet pickles
  • ·
    shredded carrots
  • ·
    red & green bell peppers

How to Make DUCK SAUCE


  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, relish or cut sweet pickles, shredded carrots & chopped red & green bell peppers. Use your own judgement on the amounts.
  3. Cook on low until carrots are fork tender.
  4. NOTE: I sometimes add a little cornstarch to thicken it a little but this is optional.
