delicious dilly alfredo sauce

This sauce is great on veggies and pasta. I bet it would be good on anything that uses white sauce. I like black pepper on mine!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
  • 8 ounces tofutti cream cheese
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup tofutti sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mellow miso paste
  • 1/4 cup dried dill
  • 1-2 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make delicious dilly alfredo sauce

  • Step 1
    In a medium sauce pot melt the ghee and add the coconut oil. Cook over medium heat. Add the powdered garlic and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add the Tofutti Cream Cheese and reduce the the heat to low. Let this mixture break down a little then add the coconut milk and the Tofutti Sour Cream, Nutritional Yeas, Lemon Juice and Miso Paste.
  • Step 3
    Whisk until creamy and smooth and heat this until it comes to a slight boil. Add Salt to taste and the Dill.
  • Step 4
    This can be put on pasta, veggies, fish etc. Bon Appetit!
