delicious dilly alfredo sauce
This sauce is great on veggies and pasta. I bet it would be good on anything that uses white sauce. I like black pepper on mine!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
- 8 ounces tofutti cream cheese
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup tofutti sour cream
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mellow miso paste
- 1/4 cup dried dill
- 1-2 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make delicious dilly alfredo sauce

Step 1In a medium sauce pot melt the ghee and add the coconut oil. Cook over medium heat. Add the powdered garlic and mix well.

Step 2Add the Tofutti Cream Cheese and reduce the the heat to low. Let this mixture break down a little then add the coconut milk and the Tofutti Sour Cream, Nutritional Yeas, Lemon Juice and Miso Paste.

Step 3Whisk until creamy and smooth and heat this until it comes to a slight boil. Add Salt to taste and the Dill.

Step 4This can be put on pasta, veggies, fish etc. Bon Appetit!
