How to Make Daddy's Chipotle Baste
- Chop the peach and pineapple bits in a processor or blender (or on the counter with a knife). Add salsa until there are very few chunks left and only enough juice to get the right texture and flavor.
- Use on pork chops or chicken by sprinkling one side with Santa Fe seasoning and adding this to the opposite side once the meat is cooked.
