This Recipe Is Out Of A Old Book From The Boston Cooking School Cook Book.I Just Have The Middle Part Of The Book,It Is Wore Out And Yellow Pages That Will Tear to touch.Front And Back About 1/4 Of Each Is Gone.But Here a Very Good Sauce Just The Same.

1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cold vinegar
1 - cucumber

chill all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

beat cream until thick but not stiff. add vinegar gradually to cream while beating constantly.

season and fold in cucumber.
