1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

How To Make crunchy coating for baking

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag or glass jar.

Step 2

Enclose note saying: When ready to use -Dip food in a mixture of 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 c. sour cream and the in coating mixture. Place item on a greased baking pan and bake at 450^ for 10-12 minutes, turning once, or until done and golden brown. This works great for food fried in a skillet too.
