How to Make Creme Fraiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix both ingredients together in a bowl or container with a tight fitting lid. Blend well, cover & let stand at room temperature overnight. Should be well thickened by morning.
  2. Refrigerate, should last approximately 2wks. Use in whatever strikes your fancy.
