- 1/2 pt - heavy cream ( not ultra pasturized )
- 1/2 pt - sour cream
How To Make creme fraiche

Step 1Mix both ingredients together in a bowl or container with a tight fitting lid. Blend well, cover & let stand at room temperature overnight. Should be well thickened by morning.

Step 2Refrigerate, should last approximately 2wks. Use in whatever strikes your fancy.
