creamy, spicy sauce for chicken
This is a versatile sauce. It works equally well over chicken, pork, and even hamburgers. I'm thinking of thickening it a bit more, adding some sausage and pouring it over biscuits. Let me know what you serve it over and any variations you may try. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red pdpper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon mediterranean herb mix
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
How To Make creamy, spicy sauce for chicken

Step 1In small sauce pan, combine water, bouillon cube, garlic (to taste), red pepper flakes (to taste), and herb mix.

Step 2Bring to a boil then lower the temperature and simmer until the whole house smells delightful. (about 15 minutes)

Step 3Very slowly, add the cream, stirring constantly. Don't boil it.

Step 4When fully incorporated, slowly add the corn starch, stirring constantly. Stir until sauce thickens. You may need to add a bit more corn starch.

Step 5Spoon this over baked chicken breasts.
