Ingredients
- 1 8-oz - container lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced dill, or 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced tarragon, or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- - salt, to taste
- - freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
How To Make creamy herb sauce

Step 1Place all the ingredients, except the capers, in the work bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.

Step 2Stir in the capers and transfer to a serving bowl.
