This has been in my family for many years. Everyone loves it.. So yummy!

IT IS MADE THE DAY BEFORE....

You can refrigerate this overnight in a pretty dish or transfer it when ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 1-small pkg
    raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c
    hot water or "heat the reserved liquid"
  • 1-small can(s)
    pineapple chunks, (drain & reserve liquid)
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges, (drain & reserve liquid)
  • 1-small pkg
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    coconut flakes

How to Make CRANBERRY MOLD

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water OR use reserved liquid & add cranberry sauce.
  2. Refrigerate just until it thickens & fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. **** If reserved liquid "does not" equal 1 cup add enough water to make 1 cup.
