This is soooo good on Ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 14 ounces can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 - egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make coconut pecan sauce

  • Step 1
    In a heavy saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk,egg yolks and butter. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Serve warm over ice cream or cake. To reheat, in a small saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat until heated through.
