Ingredients

  • 1 - handful fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 - handful fresh mint leaves
  • 4 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 - chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 - avocado, halved, pit removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 7 ounces coconut milk
  • - salt and hot sauce to taste

How To Make coconut coriander sauce

  • Step 1
    Place coriander through coconut milk in a blender; pulse to puree. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve chilled.
