Ingredients
- 1 - handful fresh coriander leaves
- 1 - handful fresh mint leaves
- 4 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 - chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 - avocado, halved, pit removed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 7 ounces coconut milk
- - salt and hot sauce to taste
How To Make coconut coriander sauce

Step 1Place coriander through coconut milk in a blender; pulse to puree. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
