    garlic cloves, crushed

    chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1
    avocado, halved, pit removed
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 7 oz
    coconut milk
  • ·
    salt and hot sauce to taste

How to Make Coconut Coriander Sauce


  1. Place coriander through coconut milk in a blender; pulse to puree. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve chilled.
