Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make cilantro butter

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until butter is light and creamy.

Step 2Scoop butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Chill. Slice to serve.
