1 cred onion, finely chopped

1 ccelery, diced

1 czucchini, diced

1 cmushrooms, diced

4 ctomatoes, peeled and diced

1 ctomato juice

2 Tbsptomato paste

2 Tbspbasil, fresh chopped

1 Tbsporegano, fresh chopped

1 tspgarlic clove, minced

·balsamic vinegar
How to Make Chunky Marinara Sauce
- Dice onion, celery, zucchini and mushrooms into 1/2\" chunks. Saute in balsamic vinegar, about 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes; blend in tomato juice, tomato paste, herbs and garlic.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until sauce is reduced by 1/3.
- Serve over pasta.
